WHAT ON EARTH WAS THIS KID THINKING? OR, WAS HE EVEN THINKING AT ALL?

I think it's pretty brazen for a teenager, even an 18 year old, okay, legal adult, to take his old man's wheels out for a spin without bothering with any courtesies and asking if he could even feel what the car keys felt like, much less get behind the wheel and drive off.
But when your dad's a Broward County Deputy Sheriff and drives an unmarked vehicle --- you've gotta lotta splainin' to do.
I'm not even sure if the wild and wacky Tappet Brothers, Tom and Ray Magliozzi of "Click n Clack" fame could've come up with THIS.
Ohhhhhhhh, is that kid gonna pay, and pay, and pay, and pay, for a long, long, long time to come. And if he was one of my kids, and I was a cop, in FL where they have those good old fashioned Chain Gangs, well, I might give him something to think about -- for some long, long, long mornings and afternoons. Courtesy of the Miami Herald, here's your morning chuckles! Well, not in the Coker household, for sure.
Nothing like a bad attempt to get a jump on Grand Theft Auto IV with a GRAND CASE OF STUPIDITY V.
